What can I do if I have accidentally deleted my eSIM profile?

No worries! You can always request a new eSIM profile from our SIM-Managment Portal in case you have accidentally deleted your old profile.
Quick Guide: Load eSIM
- Login into your Account and access your Cockpit
- Select your eSIM
- Select the Settings icon
- Proceed to select "My eSIM"
- Select "Load eSIM"
- Wait a moment while your eSIM profile will be created
- Once your eSIM profile is set up, a QR code will be shown on your screen
- Scan the QR code with a corresponding scan app on your device
We have additionally mailed you the QR code in case you want to activate your eSIM at a later date. Remember that the activation period is limited to 24 hours.
