If your Internet does not work on your device, do the following:
- Check that you have successfully activated the SIM card. You can now activate your SIM card: https://support.digitalrepublic.ch/en/support/solutions/articles/33000247698-how-do-i-activate-my-sim-card-
- Restart your device
- Check the APN settings of your device. You can find several guides for many devices in our support portal.
