If you are an existing Digital Republic customer, you can activate your new eSIM directly from your account. 


To do this, follow these steps: 



Short instruction:

  1. Visit our customer portal https://connect.digitalrepublic.ch/dr/user/login
  2. Navigate to Add SIM  
  3. Now click on activate eSIM
  4. Enter the name for your SIM and select the purpose
  5. Now choose your desired data plan
  6. Confirm the selection with continue and complete your order
  7. Afterwards your eSIM will be provided
  8. Now scan the QR Code with your device


We have also sent the QR code to your email in case you want to activate at a later date. Please note that the activation period is limited to 24 hours.
