Most new devices has a Auto-APN on. In case this is turn off or not available you can change manually the APN settings. 


If your watch has not been paired

Power on your watch. 

From the home screen swipe left QR code will be displayed

Make sure your phone has Bluetooth turned on.

Account > Add device > Scan QR code > Click Help, go to Can’t pair page, select No > APN settings > your watch, set the APN, and touch Save.

 

If your watch has been paired

Power on your watch.

From the Home screen, swipe right and touch.

Scroll down and touch APN.

Make sure your phone has Bluetooth turned on.

Account > > APN. Select your watch, set the APN, and touch Save.

In case it has no connection, try this


Update the firmware

1. Touch Account 2. Select a Family watch.

3. Scroll down and touch Updates.

4. Touch Download
