Make sure you have one of the following handsets to use our subscriptions with an eSIM.
Important:
- Your device must not have a SIM lock (carrier lock).
- iPhones sold in China, Hong Kong and Macau do not support the eSIM. They often have two physical SIM slots. Be aware that the warranty is only valid in the respective country.
- iPhone 14 models that only have eSIM can be activated without Wi-Fi network.
- There are certain Samsung S21+ 5G versions that are eSIM-enabled and others that are not. We recommend that you check with your retailer in advance.
