Once you have completed the order, the last step is to carry out digital personal identification. To do this, click on "Go to ID check" and follow the instructions. As soon as you have successfully completed the personal identification, the QR code for activating the eSIM will be displayed directly in the customer portal. The porting request will be initiated for a number transfer. As soon as everything is ready, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
