In this article, we explain how you can activate roaming calls with your SIM card.

Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. First, you need to log in to your customer portal.
2. Once you're logged in to your customer portal, you'll see the overview of your SIM cards / devices. Click "manage" on the affected SIM card / device.
3. Now you can click on "Calls".
4. Once you've clicked "change", you'll have the option to adjust the desired setting. To do this, move the slider for the desired setting and then click "Save".

The settings will then be applied, and we recommend restarting your device after about 5 minutes so that these settings take effect.
