Requirements for voice roaming and value-added services

In order to activate the Voice Roaming Option (for incoming SMS and international calls), as well as value added services, you need the following:

• An active voice package on the SIM card: How can I use the voice option as an existing customer?
• A valid payment method must be stored in your customer account: How can I adjust my payment method?  
• A valid identity document (Swiss passport/ID or residence permit)
• A Swiss address
• Selfie with ID document clearly visible in hand

Please note that international calls are not included in the voice option and will be charged separately.
