In order to activate the Voice Roaming Option (for incoming SMS and international calls), as well as value added services, you need the following:
- An active voice package on the SIM card or the Flat Mobile: How can I use the voice option as an existing customer?
- A valid payment method must be stored in your customer account: How can I adjust my payment method?
- A valid identity document (Swiss passport/ID or residence permit)
- A Swiss address
- Selfie with ID document clearly visible in hand
Please note that international calls are not included in the voice option or Flat Mobile and will be charged separately.
