Requirements for voice roaming and value-added services

To use the Voice Roaming Option (international calls and text messages) and Flat Mobile as well as value-added services, you need the following:

1. Active voice package or Flat Mobile: 

You need an active voice package on your SIM card or the Flat Mobile package. You can find information on activating the Voice Option as an existing customer here: How can I activate the voice option?

2. Valid means of payment:
A valid means of payment must be stored in your customer account.

3. Valid Swiss ID and address:
You need a valid Swiss passport/ID or a residence permit (except N) and a Swiss address.

• Voice option: Please note that international calls and text messages made via the voice roaming option are not included in the inclusive services and are billed separately. Add missing data and re-verify

If you did not enter all the required data when you registered or if you need to verify your data again, you can easily do so using our contact form. Please provide us with the following information:

• Swiss address: Enter your current Swiss address.
• Valid Swiss identity documents: Send us copies of your valid Swiss identity documents (passport/ID or residence permit. Please make sure that the documents are clearly legible.
• Live selfie video: Create a short live selfie video (3 seconds) in which you hold your ID document, clearly visible to the camera. The video is used to verify your identity.
