Make sure that the Samsung Galaxy Watch is connected to your Samsung smartphone via Bluetooth.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch must be connected to the Samsung smartphone that has our SIM card/eSIM installed.
The Samsung smartphone must be connected to a Wi-Fi or LTE/3G network.
As long as you meet all the requirements above, you can start setting up.
The activation does not work? In such a case, we recommend unpairing the smartwatch or resetting it to the factory settings and then restarting the mobile plan activation again. Important! First create a backup of the Smartwatch.
