How do I activate the Watch SIM on the Apple Watch?

To activate a cellular plan on your Apple Watch, you first need a supported Apple Watch model series (e.g., Apple Watch Series 3 or newer) with Cellular capability and an active Watch SIM option. How can I buy the Watch SIM option?


Prerequisites:

  • Make sure your Apple Watch supports a cellular plan. (Cellular/LTE capable
  • Make sure you have the latest version of iOS installed on your paired iPhone.
  • Make sure your Apple Watch has the latest version of watchOS installed.
