How do I change my existing tariff to the new Flat Mobile?

Flat Mobile is only available for the "Smartphone" device type. Therefore, you must first adjust your device type if this is not currently the case.
To do this, proceed as follows:


  1. Log in to the customer portal.
  2. Click on "Manage" next to the relevant device:
  3. Then click on "Details" at the top of the category.
  4. Next, change the device type to Smartphone:
  5. Then click on "Save" on the right.
  6. Now go to the top category on "Plan" and click on "change".

After that, you can choose whether you want the monthly or yearly plan:
