Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes, Flat Home has a minimum contract term of 12 months. After that, the subscription is automatically renewed on a monthly basis and can be paused or canceled at any time.

How does the minimum term work?

In order for us to offer Flat Home at this particularly low price—with no activation fees and including a router—a minimum term applies. Once you receive your Flat Home package, you have 30 days to activate your SIM card and start your subscription. After that, Flat Home runs for 12 × 30 days without interruption. From the 11th month onwards, you can flexibly pause or cancel your subscription or change your tariff.

Does the router belong to me?

No, the router is a loaner device. When you cancel your subscription, we will send you a return label so you can send the router and SIM card back to us. Please note that damaged or unreturned routers or accessories will be charged retrospectively.

How does the satisfaction guarantee work?

There is no free trial month. After activating your Flat Home tariff, you have 30 days to thoroughly test the service. If you discover any defects in the router during this period or are not satisfied with the performance (less than 80% of the maximum speed), you can contact our support team with evidence of the defects (photo of the device or screenshot of a speed test) and, if the defects are confirmed, cancel your subscription free of charge. In this case, we will send you a free return label so that you can return the router and SIM card to us.

Can I also use the SIM in my own router?

Flat Home can only be used with the router supplied. If you are looking for a flexible solution for your own router, you can order one of our flexible data SIMs.

Can I use Flat Home via eSIM?

No, Flat Home is only available with a physical SIM card and the router supplied.

What happens after 12 months?

After the 11th month, you have the option to pause, cancel, or adjust your subscription. After the minimum term of 12 months has expired, your Flat Home subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you disable automatic renewal in the customer portal.

How do I order Flat Home?

Flat Home can only be ordered via our Onlineshop. After placing your order, the router with SIM card will be sent directly to your home.
