Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes, Flat Home has a minimum contract term of 12 months. After that, the subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis and can be flexibly paused or cancelled.
How does the minimum term work?
In order for us to offer Flat Home at this especially low price – with no activation fees and including the router – a minimum term applies. Once you receive your Flat Home package, you have 30 days to activate your SIM card and start your subscription. After that, Flat Home runs for 12 × 30 days without interruption. From the 11th month onward, you can flexibly pause, cancel, or change your rate plan.
Does the router belong to me?
No, the router is a loan device. If you cancel your subscription, we'll send you a return label so you can send the router and SIM card back to us. Please note that damaged or non-returned routers or accessories will be invoiced afterward.
How does the satisfaction guarantee work?
There is no free trial month. After activating your Flat Home plan, you have 30 days to thoroughly test the service. If you notice defects with the router during this time, or if you're not satisfied with the performance received (less than 80% of the maximum speed), you can contact our support team with proof of the issue (a photo of the device or a screenshot of a speed test) and, if the issue is confirmed, cancel your subscription free of charge. In this case, we'll send you a free return label so you can return the router and SIM card to us.
Can I use the SIM in my own router?
Flat Home can only be used with the router provided. If you're looking for a flexible solution for your own router, you can order one of our flexible data SIMs.
Can I use Flat Home with an eSIM?
No, Flat Home is only available with a physical SIM and the router provided.
What happens after 12 months?
Once you enter the 11th month, you have the option to pause, cancel, or adjust your subscription. After the minimum term of 12 months has ended, your Flat Home subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis, unless you turn off automatic renewal in your customer portal.
How do I order Flat Home?
Flat Home can only be ordered through our online shop. After ordering, the router with SIM card will be sent directly to your home.
