Reolink GO cameras usually have a voice output and an LED indicator.
When you insert the SIM card and battery into the Reolink camera, the blue LED below the lens will light up for a few seconds before a voice output is heard.
Usually, a faulty connection is caused by:
- the SIM card is not read properly by the camera. In this case, the LED indicator will first turn blue and then red and start flashing for a few seconds.
- The camera does not establish a connection to the network or the signal strength at this location is too low. In this case, the LED indicator will first turn blue and then solid red for a few seconds.
- The camera does not connect to the Reolink server. In this case, the LED indicator does not produce a solid blue light and then stops.
- The LED indicator does not light at all. In this case, please reinsert the battery or try to fully charge the battery. Also make sure the APN has been successfully set up in your camera.
