You can download your monthly/annual invoices from the customer portal. You can use this receipt to check what amount has been deducted or charged. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to download a proof of connection. This option will be available in the future. If you want to get a proof of connection, please contact our customer support.

How can I download an invoice?
To view an invoice, click on the arrow in the "Open" column of the relevant invoice. The file will open immediately. If you want to download one or multiple invoices, you can tick them in the first column and then click "Download" at the bottom right.
Can I also receive my statements by mail?
Since we feel obligated to future generations and want to contribute to the preservation of the environment, we do not send statements by mail. Support us by receiving your statements electronically via the customer portal.
