In your customer portal, you have the option to download your monthly/annual billing statements. On these documents, you can check what amount has been deducted or invoiced to you.
Invoices are sent at the beginning of the following month.
Where can I find my billing statements?
- Log in to your customer portal.
- Click "Invoices" in the navigation on the left.
How can I download a billing statement?
You have the option to download one billing statement, or several at once. If you'd like to download a single statement, you can click the arrow in the "Open" column next to the relevant statement. The statement will open immediately. If you'd like to download several statements, you can select them in the first column and then click "Download" at the bottom right. NOTE: You can download a maximum of 50 invoices at once.
Can I also receive my billing statements by post?
Since we feel committed to future generations and want to contribute to protecting the environment, we do not send billing statements by post. Please support us by obtaining your statements electronically via the customer portal.
