Which payment methods are supported?

We currently accept payments using the following payment methods:


Private customers:


Business customers:

  • Mastercard

  • Visa

  • PostFinance

  • Revolut 

  • Prepaid cards

  • TWINT

  • Invoice (monthly)
    - The main condition is a positive result of an internal credit check. If you wish to use this payment method, contact our support. 


Conditions for payments with the supported payment methods

Make sure in advance that your payment method meets the following requirements:

  • 3-D Secure must be active on the credit card/prepaid card.
    - 3-D Secure process increases security when paying with a credit, debit or prepaid card on the Internet. With this procedure, customers also confirm electronic payments with a password, a TAN or a fingerprint. This setting can usually be activated via the e-banking of your card provider.

  • Payment method must have sufficient credit or be within limits.

  • Payment method must be valid.
