Where can I find the SIM number (ICCID number)?

The SIM card identification number is located on the back of the SIM card and is made up of 20 digits. It is above the barcode and starts with 894101/894102. We need the last 14 digits.

If the SIM number is not accepted during registration, please check that you have entered the numbers correctly and that it is indeed a Digital Republic SIM card.

The ICCID of the SIM is not beeing accepted

1. Follow this link to the login page of the customer portal: Customer Portal
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click on "manage" for the affected device or SIM card.
4. Navigate to "Details" on the far right.
