The identification number of the SIM card is located on the back of the SIM card and consists of 20 digits. It is above the barcode and begins with 894101/894102. We need the last 14 digits.

Registration:
If the SIM number is not accepted during registration, please check whether you have entered the numbers correctly and that it is indeed a Digital Republic SIM card.
The SIM card's ICCID is not accepted

Customer portal:
You can also find the SIM card number in your customer portal.

1. First, you need to log in to your customer portal.
2. Once you're logged in to your customer portal, you'll see the overview of your SIM cards / devices. Click "manage" on the affected SIM card / device.
3. Click "Details" on the far right.
