Here’s a quick overview of the key features of our Flat Mobile plans.
Requirements
Before you can use our Flat Mobile plans, there is one requirement:
- Proof of identity: To use the included calls, you must meet the following requirements. Customers who do not meet these requirements can still purchase the plans, but they cannot use the included calls from Switzerland to other countries or outside of Switzerland. Requirements for voice roaming and value-added services.

| With Flat Mobile plans, you get a monthly data allowance for roaming in the EU/USA/UK zone. Flat Mobile Swiss: 2 GB of roaming data per month Flat Mobile: 12 GB of roaming data per month Flat Mobile Plus: 24 GB of roaming data per month This roaming allowance applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Important Volume Refresh Your included roaming data allowance is automatically renewed on the first day of the month for both monthly and annual plans. No matter when you activated your plan, your data allowance resets to zero on the first of the month. Pro-rata usage in the first month During the first month, your roaming data allowance will be provided on a pro-rata basis. Example: A customer activates a Flat Mobile Plus plan on April 15. Since the roaming data allowance for the first month is provided on a pro rata basis, the customer receives 12 GB for the remaining days in April instead of the full 24 GB. He can use this allowance until April 30. On May 1, the roaming data allowance is automatically renewed, and the customer receives the full 24 GB for the entire month of May. On June 1, another 24 GB is provided, and so on at the beginning of each month. Prioritization of roaming volume The roaming data included in the Flat Mobile plan is always used up first before any additional roaming packages are used. Consumption monitoring You can check your current roaming data usage at any time in the customer portal. This way, you can always keep track of your available data allowance. |

With your Flat Mobile plan, you can make calls and stay reachable even when you're abroad. We'll explain how it works and what you need to keep in mind. Included calls With Flat Mobile, you can make calls within Zone 1 at no extra cost. That means:
Calls not included Some countries are excluded from the included calls. This means that calls from Switzerland to these countries are not included in your Flat Mobile plan and will be billed separately. Here is the list of countries to which this does not apply and for which you will be charged separately:
Important: You can always keep track of your voice roaming usage: In the customer portal, you can see at any time how many call minutes you’ve already used. We’ll also send you a text message when you’ve used 80% and 100% of your included allowance.

- Switching from Flat 10 + Voice: You can switch your Flat 10 + Voice SIM card to a Flat Mobile plan. The switch takes effect immediately if the contract term remains the same. If you switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan or vice versa, the switch will take effect only after the current plan expires.
- Existing roaming packages: If you already have an EU/US roaming package and switch to Flat Mobile, you won’t lose it. First, the roaming data included with Flat Mobile will be used up, followed by your previously purchased roaming package.
- Why there is no automatic upgrade from Flat 10 + Voice: We want to give you the freedom to decide which plan suits you best. Many customers appreciate being able to disable the Voice option when needed, and not everyone needs roaming.
