What happens to my personal data?

Digital Republic collects, stores and processes only data required for the fulfilment of legal regulations, the provision and further development of the service, in particular the guarantee of high service quality, the security of operation and infrastructure, the processing of the contract, the handling and maintenance of customer relations as well as invoicing. The customer acknowledges that the collection, storage and processing of personal data and other data about the customer by Digital Republic and third parties at home and abroad (e.g. mobile phone providers, software or platform suppliers, sales partners and third parties in the area of payment processing, collection and customer identification) is required for the provision of the service and expressly agrees to this. The customer agrees that Digital Republic uses his data for the demand-oriented design and development of its services and for tailor-made offers and that his data can be processed for the same purposes within the Digital Republic Group.
