We ask for your understanding, should the shipment not take place on time. Since various agencies are working together on the delivery of your SIM card, a delay can unfortunately not be ruled out.

Our SIM cards are usually sent within 1-2 days by Swiss Post. 

If the SIM card has not arrived after more than 5 days, please open a support ticket.
