You have the option to pause your subscription and the packages that run in 30-day/365-day intervals at any time at the end of the package term, and to reactivate them if necessary. How do I access my customer portal?


How can I adjust/pause my subscription?

You can easily make most of the adjustments via the customer portal. For example, you can activate/deactivate "Automatic data package renewals", make voice settings, activate roaming and much more! Simply click on "manage" for the SIM card/eSIM concerned.
