We can transfer the contract documents and the products to another person. To do this, the attached form including identification document (both sides) must be completed and signed.
If there is not yet an account for the transfer, we must receive the following information from the new holder. Please send this information directly to us by e-mail:
- ID documents & live selfie video (for companies, an extract from the commercial register with stamp is also sufficient)
- E-mail address for the login
- Contact number
- Complete address
As soon as we have received all the details and the signed document including ID (both sides), we will change the holder and inform you accordingly.
