This is how you get a new eSIM:
Existing device:
- First, delete the old eSIM plan that is on your device. (If possible)
- Log in to your customer account.
- Next, click on "manage" for the SIM card in question.
- Click on "Details" in the category at the top.
- Finally, click on "eSIM profile" and then on "Reload eSIM profile".

New device:
