If your number transfer had to be cancelled by us, you can register a new number transfer at any time. If it was an eSIM, you should receive a refund to your payment method within the next 1-3 business days. In this case, you can simply activate a new eSIM again. How do I order an eSIM?
If it was a physical SIM card, you can use the same SIM card you already have for a new application. You can find out how to register a number transfer here:
