Yes, that's possible. A legal representative must fill out the attached form and send it to us via email or in the corresponding ticket, along with a valid ID document (both sides). As soon as we receive the request, we’ll review the information and get back to you. 

There are two possible options for this:

First option: the account is in your child's name.

- You can register the account in your child's name.

Second option: The account is in your name.

- You can register the account in your name.
