For this, you can proceed as follows:

1. First, open the customer portal.
2. Click on the share icon of your iPhone.
3. Next, click on "Add to Home Screen".
4. Finally, click "Add" to save the "App" to your home screen.
5. Voilà! You have now successfully saved your customer portal as an "app".

Android: (Google Chrome)
1. First, open the customer portal.
2. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of your browser.
3. Next, click on "Add to Home Screen".
4. Now click on "Add" in the opened window.
5. In the next window, you can also click on "Add" again.
6. Voilà! You have now successfully saved your customer portal as an "app".
