Under the following conditions, Digital Republic may terminate the contract with immediate effect without compensation (usually the customer will be notified in advance):
- After six months of non-use of the Service.
- In case of discontinuation of the service and
- as a result of breach of contract by the customer.
The customer will be informed about the termination appropriately (e.g. via e-mail). In case of a breach of contract by the customer, Digital Republic may suspend the service (incl. customer account) immediately and without compensation.
Can Digital Republic terminate the contract?
Digital Republic may terminate the contract at any time, subject to a notice period of 30 days, to the end of a calendar month. The customer will be informed of the termination in a suitable manner (e.g. via e-mail).
