My purchased product suddenly stops working, what can I do?

If you purchased router suddenly gives up the ghost within the first 2 years and no longer works, you can contact us without hesitation. In such a case, the costs will be covered by the warranty. To register a warranty claim, you can get in touch with us using the contact form below.


We need the following information from you so that we can record your warranty claim as accurately as possible:


- Are you still in possession of the original packaging and accessories?

- To which address should the repaired/replacement item be sent?

- Can you give us the serial number of your product? (you can usually find this on the back of your product/original packaging)
