When am I entitled to a warranty?

Has your router suddenly stopped working? 

In this case, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or credit note within the first two years of purchase. The warranty claim applies to all defects that occur during the warranty period, provided they are not due to careless handling. The item to be repaired will be repaired, replaced or credited in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.


This also applies to accessories and wearing parts if they are defective. However, wear and tear, such as a battery's reduced performance over the years, is not covered by the warranty.


Handling personal data on data carriers


A data backup must be made by the customer before sending in the device.

Neither the manufacturer nor we can be held liable for any loss of data during the repair process. The customer is responsible for his data and is requested to delete all personal data on the device to be repaired/returned. Digital Republic or Alltron AG accepts no liability for loss, access by third parties or similar.


Warranty or guarantee case:

The warranty period is not interrupted by any warranty or guarantee claim, but continues to run. The replacement of parts, assemblies or entire devices does not result in a new warranty period. Warranty or guarantee claims are only available to the direct customer and are not transferable.
