Waiting for an appliance that is under repair is often tedious. We understand that! Our partner Alltron therefore tries to carry out our repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Experience has shown that it takes around two to four weeks to process a warranty claim after successful delivery. However, the waiting time may vary depending on the product, the type of defect and the workload of the relevant service center.
