You want to connect your wearable. We distinguish between two use cases here.
SIM for wearables:
Activate an eSIM or physical SIM directly on your wearable (fitness tracker, smartwatches, ...), which gets its own phone number. This is not possible for the Apple Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE.
Please note:
Watch SIM Option (Multi SIM):
The Watch SIM option is suitable to complement your main subscription (e.g. Flat 10+Voice for your smartphone). It is a Multi SIM option, which means that your smartphone and your Watch share a phone number. With the Watch SIM option, you can now also use the Apple Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE with Digital Republic. The Watch SIM Option allows you to use your smartwatch standalone for calling, texting, and data consumption without having to have your primary device nearby. To activate the Watch SIM Option, you need an active data plan and the Voice Option.
Please note:
Roaming:
The Watch SIM option can easily be activated via the smartphone when roaming and an Internet connection is available. However, the Watch SIM Option cannot be roamed standalone, i.e. without physical proximity to the main subscription. If there is a connection to the smartphone (main subscription), all services available via the smartphone can also be used on the Watch.
