Here you can find out how to proceed if you have network problems with your SIM.
This allows you to reset your subscription on the network side.
- Log in to your customer account.
- Next, click on "Manage" for the SIM card in question.
- On the next page, click on "Details" at the top.
- Then scroll down and click on "reset" under Network reset.
- Read the note on the next page carefully and then click on "Confirm".
- Restart your device in 10–15 minutes completely new.
- If it is still not better, we recommend that you open a support ticket.
