Fixing general network problems

Here you can find out how to proceed if you have network problems with your SIM.


This allows you to reset your subscription on the network side.

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Next, click on "Manage" for the SIM card in question.
  3. On the next page, click on "Details" at the top.
  4. Then scroll down and click on "reset" under Network reset.
  5. Read the note on the next page carefully and then click on "Confirm".
  6. Restart your device in 10–15 minutes completely new.
  7. If it is still not better, we recommend that you open a support ticket.
