In order for us to accurately check the network quality at your location, it is important that the speed test is carried out under the right conditions. This is the only way to avoid false results.
Here's how to do it:
- Use a smartphone directly with the SIM card (not via a router or hotspot).
- Ensure that only one SIM/eSIM is active.
- Turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
- Restart the device and wait approximately 5 minutes after restarting.
- Disable battery saver mode and ensure that the device is not in airplane mode.
- Use the cnlab Speedtest app or go directly to the website: Go to Speedtest
- Perform at least three tests, with a one-minute break between each test.
- Save the results as screenshots.
Important: Submit ticket
Please send us the results using the contact form, along with the following information:
- Problem: brief description (e.g., no mobile Internet, slow data connection, specific times or locations).
- Time: How long have the problems been occurring? If the number was recently ported, please also indicate this.
- Location: exact address where the problem occurs (indoor/outdoor). If the problems occur generally, please provide several addresses as examples.
- Speedtests:
- Date/Time
- Adresse
- Indoor/Outdoor
- Screenshots of the test results
This will enable us to analyze your request more quickly and forward it to Sunrise for review.
