Yes, after the initial setup you can change the 2FA method at any time in your customer portal. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Log in to your customer portal and click on "User account".
- Select the "Security" tab and click on "Change" next to "2FA option".
- Enter the code you received via your previous 2FA method.
- Select your new 2FA method and set it up.
You will then be redirected to the dashboard. Your 2FA method is now changed.
Deactivate 2FA:
If you want to deactivate 2FA, follow the steps above and select the "Standard login" option as the new method.
Change phone number for 2FA:
If you want to change the phone number for 2FA via SMS, follow the steps above and select the "Change mobile number" option instead of a new method. You can then define a new cell phone number for 2FA and confirm it via SMS code.
