Can I change the 2FA method after setup?

Yes, after the initial setup you can change the 2FA method at any time in your customer portalTo do thisproceed as follows 

 

  1. Log in to your customer portal and click on "User account".  
  2. Select the "Security" tab and click on "Change" next to "2FA option".  
  3. Enter the code you received via your previous 2FA method 
  4. Select your new 2FA method and set it up 

 

You will then be redirected to the dashboardYour 2FA method is now changed 

  

Deactivate 2FA:  

If you want to deactivate 2FA, follow the steps above and select the "Standard loginoption as the new method 

 

Change phone number for 2FA:  

If you want to change the phone number for 2FA via SMS, follow the steps above and select the "Change mobile numberoption instead of a new methodYou can then define a new cell phone number for 2FA and confirm it via SMS code.
