Further information
- Switching from Flat 10 + Voice: You can change your Flat 10 + Voice SIM card to a Flat Mobile. The switch takes place immediately if the term remains the same. If you switch from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription or vice versa, the switch will only take place after the current package has expired.
- Existing roaming packages: If you already have an EU/USA roaming package and switch to Flat Mobile, you will not lose it. The roaming volume included in Flat Mobile will be used up first, followed by your previously purchased roaming package.
- Why no automatic upgrade from Flat 10 + Voice: We want to give you the freedom to decide which tariff suits you best. Many customers appreciate being able to deactivate the voice option if required and not everyone needs roaming.
