As a business customer, you can conveniently place orders with Digital Republic on account. The process varies depending on whether you are already a business customer or are placing your first order for your company.

You're a new business customer

You are already a business customer

If your customer account is already linked to your business account, follow these steps:

1. Go to digitalrepublic.ch.
2. Select your desired plan or subscription. You can change it at any time after activation.
3. Add the item to your shopping cart.
4. In the shopping cart, log in using your existing account that is linked to your company account.
5. Complete the order.
6. Once the process is complete, you'll receive an order confirmation via email (please check your spam folder as well). Your SIM card will then be mailed to you.

When will I receive the invoice?

As soon as you receive the SIM card and activate it in the customer portal, your first bill will be generated. It will be sent out during the next billing cycle, which takes place at the beginning of each month.

Example:

You'll receive your SIM card on March 12 and activate it on the same day via the customer portal. Your first bill will then be sent out during the billing cycle in early April. If you don't activate your SIM card until April 3, your first bill will be sent out during the billing cycle in early May.
