Here is how to perform the identity verification.
To perform the identification successfully
Important: In order for the automatic verification to work cleanly and quickly, it is important that the full name of the ID/passport is used during registration and that the date of birth is entered correctly.
Log in to your customer account.
You should see a notification that you have to perform and identity verification. Click on "To ID Check".
You will be redirected to another page to perform the identity verification.
A QR code will appear on the screen. Scan it using your smartphone's camera app.
After scanning the QR code, you will be redirected to the next page.
On the following page, a compatibility test will be performed to check if your device is ready for identification. Make sure you allow the website to access your camera.
Select the type of document you want to upload (passport or ID).
Follow the instructions on the page and complete the appropriate steps.
The documents will be automatically verified and approved.
Verification does not work
If the verification does not work, it can be due to several reasons. The most common are:
Your device is not suitable for verification (incompatible).
Uploaded documents are no longer valid.
Uploaded documents are not clear, information on them is not readable or important information is hidden.
Uploaded documents are not acceptable. Which identification documents are accepted? (link needed)
Invalid documents or selfie, or second page of ID missing.
Selfie and ID document photo do not match.
Personal information does not match with ID document (registered person).
