Prerequisites:

To order and activate a digital eSIM, you must meet the following criteria.


  • You have an eSIM-enabled device. Do I own an eSIM-compatible device?
  • You have installed the latest software version on your device.
  • You are connected to the Internet. (WLAN/mobile hotspot/mobile radio)
  • Your smartphone does not have a SIM lock. (Provider lock)
  • To activate and download the eSIM profile, simply scan the QR code sent to you by e-mail with your device. Alternatively, you can also activate the eSIM manually.
  • You have a valid ID document for digital personal identification. (Why do I need to perform verification?)


I am a new customer:

You don't have a customer account with us yet, but would like to order and activate an eSIM.


Ordering and activation:

  1. First, create a customer account: Registration
  2. Select "Buy & activate eSIM" under SIM type selection. 
  3. Next, select the device type and give your eSIM a name.
  4. In the next step, you can select which tariff you would like to have on your eSIM. Which tariff suits me?
  5. In the last section, you can now choose whether you would like to receive a new phone number from us or whether you would like to take your existing number with you. How can I take my existing phone number with me?
  6. Next, you will receive a complete overview (selected tariff, payment method, etc.) and can complete the eSIM order.
  7. Once you have completed the order, the last step is to carry out digital personal identification. To do this, click on "Go to ID check" and follow the instructions. As soon as you have successfully completed the personal identification, the QR code for activating the eSIM will be displayed directly in the customer portal. The porting request will be initiated for a number transfer. As soon as everything is ready, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Ordering and activation:

  1. Log in to your account. Log-in
  2. Now click on "Add a new device".
  3. Select "Buy & activate eSIM" under SIM type selection. 
  4. Next, select the device type and give your eSIM a name.
