In order to successfully activate an eSIM on your device, you need an appropriate eSIM profile and an activation code. Please also check in advance if your device is eSIM capable. Do I own an eSIM-compatible device?

To download and activate the eSIM profile, use your device to scan the QR code that we have sent you. Make sure you are connected to the internet during the scanning process, e.g. via WiFi or via a hotspot from another device.


How do I order an eSIM as a new customer?

Would you like to order an eSIM from us as a new customer? 

You can proceed as follows:

  1. Create an account on our website.
  2. Under SIM type selection, select “Buy & Activate eSIM”.
  3. Choose the device type and give your eSIM a name.
  4. Choose which tariff (speed) you would like to have on your eSIM. Which tariff suits me?
  5. Choose whether you would like to receive a new phone number from us or whether you would like to move your existing phone number to us.
  6. You will then receive an overview (selected tariff, payment method, etc.) so you can complete the order for the eSIM.
  7. After completing the order, the QR code for activating the eSIM is displayed directly in the customer portal. You will also receive this by email.

How do I order an eSIM as an existing customer?

You can proceed as follows:

  1. Log into the customer account.
  2. Click “Add new device”.
  3. Under SIM type selection, select “Buy & Activate eSIM”.
  4. Select the device type and give your eSIM a name.
  5. Choose which tariff (speed) you would like to have on your eSIM. Which tariff suits me?
  6. Choose whether you would like to receive a new phone number from us or whether you would like to move your existing phone number to us.
  7. You will then receive an overview (selected tariff, payment method, etc.) so you can complete the order for the eSIM.
