Where can I find my itemized bill and invoice details?

What is the itemized bill, and when is it available?


The itemized bill, also called connection record, shows you detailed information about all chargeable calls, SMS, or data connections you have made.


When is it created?

Once a month, at the beginning of the month, for costs that were incurred in the previous month.

Here's how to go directly to your connection overview:

Log in here:

In the „Documents” section, you will find your itemized bills under „Connection overview“, sorted by month.

Click on the desired period or phone number to view or download the detailed overview.


How do I find out why a specific invoice was generated?

In the itemized bill itself, you can see each individual chargeable connection with date, time, destination number, duration, and cost. The monthly invoice summary (also in the documents section) shows you the total costs including base fee, discounts, and one-time charges.


Tip: Compare both documents to clarify any discrepancies.

Important to know:

Anything below CHF 4.00 is not billed immediately but only once CHF 4.00 has been reached or exceeded. This is why some connections may only appear on an invoice later, or sometimes even from further in the past.
