Upon termination of the contract, the SIM card becomes invalid, the credit (data package) expires and the phone number and other addressing elements revert to Digital Republic without compensation. The SIM card remains the property of Digital Republic at all times. Upon termination of the contract, the SIM card does not have to be returned. However, the customer is obliged to destroy it.
