Upon termination of the contract, the SIM card becomes invalid, the credit (data package) expires and the telephone number and other addressing elements are returned to Digital Republic without compensation. The prepaid SIM card remains the property of Digital Republic at all times. The prepaid SIM card does not have to be returned upon termination of the contract. However, the customer is obliged to destroy them.
