Your password can be changed both within the customer portal and before logging in.

Customer portal:

1. First, you need to log in to your customer portal.
2. Then, click "Account" in the navigation menu on the left.
3. Now click "Login" and scroll down.
4. Click "change" next to "Password".
5. Enter your current password, followed by your new password.
6. Finally, click "save".

Before logging in:

1. Follow this link to the customer portal login page: Customer portal
2. Click "Start".
3. Navigate to "Forgot password".
4. Enter your new password twice.
5. We'll send you a recovery link to your email address.
6. You can now set a new password.
