The password can be changed in the customer portal, as well as before logging in.

Customer portal:

1. Follow this link to the login page of the customer portal: Customer portal.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Navigate to" User account".
4. Click on "change".
5. Enter your current password and then your new password.
6. Finally, click on "save".

Before login:

1. Follow this link to the login page of the customer portal: Customer portal.
2. Click on "Start".
3. Navigate to "Forgot password".
4. Enter your new password twice.
5. We will send you a recovery link to your e-mail address. 
6. Now you can set a new password.
