Login not working – what can I do?

At the moment, there may be occasional login issues caused by a general cookie-related problem. This can affect different browsers and is currently being investigated. In the meantime, the following steps often help you fix the issue yourself.


Use Incognito / Private Mode

Open the login page in your browser’s incognito or private window and try to log in again. Log in in incognito mode

In incognito mode, cached cookies, data, and browser extensions are temporarily disabled — this resolves most login problems immediately.


Try a different browser

If logging in via incognito mode doesn’t work, try using a different browser:

  • ✅ Recommended: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari
  • ⚠️ Not recommended: Microsoft Edge – can sometimes cause compatibility issues

Disable browser extensions

Extensions like ad blockers, translation tools, VPNs, or security add-ons can interfere with the login process. Disable them temporarily and try again.

  • Deactivate active extensions, especially ad or cookie blockers
  • Turn off automatic translation (especially on desktop browsers)

Clear cookies and cache

If the issue persists, please clear your browser’s cookies and cache for our website. This removes old session data that may prevent you from logging in successfully.


Enable cookies in your browser

Make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser. Here’s how to check:
