The automatic renewal is responsible for the automatic renewal of your data package after the expiration of the package duration, without you having to do this process manually every time. So you can sit back and relax, and your data package will always renew itself automatically. Great, isn't it?

How do I activate the automatic renewal?

1. Log in to your customer portal.
2. Click on "manage" for the SIM card/eSIM concerned.
3. Now click on "Enable" at "Automatic renewal".
4. Next, you will get an overall view (Selected rate, etc.).
5. Finally, click on "Confirm" at the bottom right.

How do I disable automatic renewal?

1. Log in to your customer portal.
