My SIM card has been stolen/I have lost it


Please follow these steps if your SIM card is missing or stolen.


  • If you have activated the value added services on the SIM card, then make sure that all value added services on the SIM card are deactivated. You can deactivate them in the same way as you activated them. What value-added services are available, and how do I activate/deactivate them?
  • Contact our support here, so we can block your SIM card.
