The maximum number of SIMs that can be activated is currently limited. If you see a message in your customer portal that you cannot activate any more SIMs, you are welcome to contact us and let us know why you would like to increase the number.
Please do not create a new customer account
To do this, you would have to call us or send us a written request, selecting the request reason "Increase maximum number of SIMs". You can contact us here.
